Alice Water’s Chocolate Cake

I got the recipe from a friend but I hear it’s in Water’s “The Art of Simple Food”. I’ve linked a blog here that shares the recipe. It is fail proof, a little bit of effort and just the only chocolate cake you’ll ever want to make. I top mine with a simple chocolate ganache and I can’t get enough.
